Can I change my order after it is placed?
If you need to change your order please contact customer service here. Most orders ship within 24 business hours. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be changed.
How long does shipping take?
Your order could take up to 3-5 business days, then may take an additional 1-5 business days in transit depending on your location. When your order ships we will notify you and provide tracking information.
Can I exchange my order?
Yes, unused items may be exchanged. All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. Customers are responsible to cover additional shipping charges related to exchanges, as long as the item was not delivered damaged.
We cannot process exchanges for more expensive items. If exchanging for a cheaper item, the difference will be refunded to your credit card.

Can I return my order?
Yes, any unused products can be returned. All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping back return items. Refunds for the cost of the product will be made after the product has arrived back at the warehouse and inspected. The cost of shipping will not be refunded.
What if my order is damaged?
Damaged products may be exchanged at no cost, or returned for a full refund (including shipping). Please contact customer service to process your refund for damaged products here.
